Foreclosure Crisis....possible solutions

Please go to www.TheMortgageCorner.org and view the article on the home page. It offers up my simple solution to helping solve the foreclosure problems. Hence it may help save our economy and most of all our homeowners.

Simply put, I do not promote government involvement whatsoever! Government helped get us to this situation and will certainly make it worse. We do not need to spend billions of taxpayers dollars to solve a problem created by large corporate greed.

I also do not promote helping those "flippers" that should never have been in the market. They reaped their profits when the going was good but do not want to give back when the going is not so good.

An investor takes a risk. What makes man;y of these real estate envestors think that there is no risk or expense involved. But to the homeowner, living in the home, sending their children to the local school and working hard to make ends meet, I say "lenders" help them out. Don't turn many of them into homeless. This country already has more then its share.

Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated. As I say in the article, maybe we can gather all of our solutions and send them on the Rep. Frank.

Above all, let's keep government and our tax dollars out of this.

  1. Thank you for this. I think it is high time somebody looked closely at the real estate and mortgage industry. With an economic recession looming and buyers and borrowers in a tizzy, the industry will have to learn to adapt. It's about time that the big wigs in the industry wake up and take notice.
    Warm Regards,
