Time To Reflect and Look Forward

It has been almost 3 weeks that I have posted anything here. No, I have not gone away or disappeared. I have been so ever present on so many other blogs commenting.

I felt it was time to take a break, voicing any opinions or relaying any media reports. The election campaign was coming to a close after too many months and election day would be at hand.

The results have been in for 8 days now. The initial reactions were many and mixed. History was made and perhaps a new dawn for America as well. A time for all people to come together in what I continue to say will be one of the darkest times in our history.

Now is the time for unity and cooperation. Now is the time to take back control of our country and our government. Now is the time to end the shroud of secrecy and expose the truth. Now is the time to begin healing. Now is the time.

We are still faced with all of the same problems as we were the day before the election. The new administration is still two months from taking over and the current administration still has the power and control it had the day before the election. And still the same is happening. No oversight on billions more being given out. No transparancy of what is being given out, to who and why, a direct violation of the bill that was passed into law. No accountability especially on the latest news of the redirection of TARP. And most of all No Help For The People.

Now is the time to look back, reflect on what has happened and how it has been happening. Now is the time to look forward, learning from the past so as to make every effort to correct the future. Now is the time.

Stay tuned for my next article, The Bailout and the Auto Indusry. Where's the Beef?
